Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Right now there’s only the free trial: 14 days, 25 GB of traffic, up to 2 devices. Once the 14 days are up or the traffic runs out, the subscription stops working. Paid plans are coming later — we’ll announce them in the @outskyapp channel.
Do I need to sign up?
No separate account needed — Telegram is enough. You get your subscription link from @OutSkyVPN_bot.
How many devices can I use?
Up to two — say, a phone and a computer. Each VPN app on a device counts separately. On the free trial the subscription works only in VPN apps that send a device identifier, such as INCY and Happ. To free a slot, open My subscription → Devices in the bot (one reset every 24 hours) or write to @outsky_support.
Why subscribe to the channel?
It’s a condition of the free trial. The @outskyapp channel posts news about the service and the OutSky app.
Are OutSky VPN and the OutSky app the same thing?
No. OutSky VPN is a service: servers and a subscription. The OutSky app is a separate free client for any provider’s subscription, and it’s still in development. You can use the service today with INCY or the Chrome extension.
It won’t connect. What now?
Pick a different server or location. Still stuck? Message @outsky_support with your device and what you see on screen — a screenshot helps.
