Choose your device
iPhone & iPad
Free INCY app · iOS or iPadOS 15 or later
1Install INCY
Get it from the App Store: incy. It’s available in the Russian App Store too.
The App Store has look-alikes with similar names, such as “Incy VPN Випиэн” and “INCY VPN ВПН Випиэн”. The real app is called simply “incy”, and the developer is LLC ITDEV.
2Add your subscription
- In the bot, tap your subscription link to copy it.
- Open INCY and tap “Paste” on the home screen (or “+ Add” and paste the link). If your iPhone asks for permission to paste, allow it.
- You’ll see a list of servers by country.
3Connect
- Choose a server. The main option is the one named after the country; “HS2” and “XHTTP” are backups in case the main one doesn’t connect.
- Tap the big connect button.
- The first time you connect, your iPhone will ask to add a VPN configuration — tap “Allow” and confirm with your passcode or Face ID.
Done — a VPN icon appears in the status bar. The app keeps your subscription up to date on its own.

Windows
Free INCY app · 64-bit Windows 10 or 11
The desktop version of INCY is still early, so expect some bugs. If you only need VPN in the browser, the OutSky VPN extension for Chrome is more reliable.
1Install INCY
- Download the INCY installer for Windows from INCY’s official GitHub page. It works on regular PCs and on laptops with ARM processors.
- Run the installer and follow the prompts. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click “More info” → “Run anyway”.
2Add your subscription
- In the bot, tap your subscription link to copy it.
- Open INCY and click “Paste” (or “+ Add” and paste the link).
- You’ll see a list of servers by country.
3Connect
- Choose “System proxy” mode — it’s enough for browsers and most programs.
- Choose a server named after the country, without “HS2”: those servers don’t work in the Windows version yet.
- Click the connect button.

- Intel — download INCY for Intel Macs from INCY’s official GitHub page, open the .dmg file and drag INCY into the Applications folder. This version is still early, so expect some bugs.
